Platinum Development Company was founded in 2004 by Chris Dawson. With more then 25 years of experience in the building industry, Chris has worked to develop a business founded on old fashion quality and customer service. He is excited to share his fresh design concepts and innovative craftsmanship with our clients.

Kristin Callahan
PROJECT COORDINATOR & ESTIMATOR
Kristin has worked with Platinum Development since 2017. She is active in creating and managing the design schedule throughout the home building process. Kristin works directly with vendors and trade contractors to produce accurate and complete plans and estimates. This enables Platinum Development to provide a comprehensive and enjoyable experience for our clients through each stage of their project.
There are many aspects of her work she is passionate about, including house plan design, monitoring the development of each home building project and helping to provide the perfect finishing touch. What she enjoys the most about working with Platinum Development is helping our clients create their Dream Home.
