With more then 20 years of experience in the building industry, he’s worked to develop a business founded on old fashion quality and customer service. He is excited to share his fresh design concepts and innovative craftsmanship with you.


Kristin Callahan

Design coordinator

Kristin is a full-time employee since 2017! She is responsible for creating and managing the design schedule throughout the design process. She is also in charge of all drawings and schedules. Kristin gathers information from the sales and design team, vendors, and trade contractors to produce accurate and complete drawings and estimates. Her favorite part about working at Platinum Development is the variety of projects and the detail level of the design and drawings.


Scott Carpenter

Project Coordinator

Scott has nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Beginning in high school working for a family friend building houses the connection to the discipline has matured into estimating, project management, contract administration and a focus on developing, nurturing and maintaining client relationships. The finished product being one that both the project’s owner and Platinum Development will be proud of is emphasized in each stage of the process.
